- Minimum term of agreement is 6 months.
- Initial fee: 1,500 kroner – paid on the date as of which the agreement comes into effect.
- Insurance against illness does not cover absence which was personally requested by the employee.
- The company is fully flexible in determining the period of substitution employment, as opposed to terms of employment which are standard for this situation.
- Maintaining all benefits arising from the employment of a temporary employee and at the same time reduction of costs which are lower by 30–50,000 kroner than costs generated in the case of standard employment of a temporary employee.
- The hiring of temporary employees involves additional overheads in administration, which arise when the company wants to keep a temporarily inactive employee ready to perform possible assignments.
- Arpi charges a fee only for personnel leasing. In comparison with the costs of the ordinary employment of a temporary employee, it is much lower, and that is why the costs of substitution employment for the term of pregnancy fall to about 50,000 kroner. The proposed solution constitutes and interesting alternative for clients who previously used to pay for substitution employment in the standard way.
- No unforeseen costs related to sick pay during the lease period after insurance against illness has been purchased from us (4% of the hourly rate).
- Fixed hourly rate up to 37.5 hours per week, without additional pay for non-standard working time – easier to determine the budget.
- The company has the opportunity to select the temporary employee, however the employee remains employed by us – the employer’s liability remains with us.
